Yoga:Â A practice you return to.Â
Yoga at Connect is not a class you attend. It is a space you return to - where breath, movement, and attention come back into balance.
A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE
A space to come back to your body.

In a rhythm that rarely slows down, the body quietly adapts.
Â
Movement becomes automatic. Breath becomes shallow.
Tension builds over time.
Â
Here, the rhythm changes.
Â
Movement slows down.
Breath becomes steady.
Attention returns inward.
Â
This is not about doing more.
It is about creating space to feel, understand, and reset.
This is a practice, not a single class.
Â
Yoga at Connect is approached as a continuous process.
Â
You begin by noticing how you breathe and move.
Over time, awareness deepens.
The body softens where it was holding, and strengthens where it was lacking.
Â
Not driven by pace, but guided by attention.
Â
This is something you build over time — and return to consistently.
What to expect
- Foundational postures with detailed alignment guidance
- Breathwork (pranayama)
- Slower-paced sequences
- Relaxation and meditation

Hatha Yoga
A steady and grounding practice.
Â
Hatha Yoga connects breath and movement through a slower, more attentive pace.
Â
Postures are approached with time and precision, allowing space to understand alignment and internal experience. The focus is not on achieving the pose, but on developing awareness within it.

The Connection:

A supported and explorative practice.
Â
Aerial Yoga introduces a different relationship with movement through suspension.
Â
Using a silk hammock, the body is supported as it lengthens, decompresses, and moves with a sense of lightness.
Â
Traditional poses are re-explored with less strain and more support, allowing strength and mobility to develop with ease.
Why people return
There are many yoga classes.
Very few are practiced with this level of attention.
Â
At Connect:
- Classes are intentionally small
- Guidance is precise and responsive
- The pace allows space to feel, not just follow
- The environment is calm and focused
Â
It offers something rarely found - consistency, attention, and space.
